About Florida Court & Turf

Meet James Sposa, Founder of Florida Court & Turf
Since 2012, James Sposa has led Florida Court & Turf with a commitment to quality, professionalism, and exceptional project execution. What began as a specialized court-building company has grown into a statewide design-build firm serving homeowners, HOAs, schools, athletic facilities, and commercial properties across Florida.
With hundreds of successful projects completed, Florida Court & Turf delivers fully integrated solutions—from site planning and drainage to surfacing, turf, fencing, lighting, and final detailing. Every project is designed with purpose, built with precision, and backed by hands-on oversight. The name has changed, but the standard remains the same: thoughtful design, superior craftsmanship, and a commitment to doing the job right.

Florida’s Trusted Court & Turf Builder Since 2012
Same team. Same standards. New name.
Florida Court & Turf designs and builds premium outdoor courts, turf systems, and athletic environments across the state of Florida. We started in 2012 focused on South Florida and have grown into a statewide operation — backyard courts, full HOA facilities, school athletic programs, padel, beach volleyball, putting greens, and full turf systems.
In 2026, we rebranded to better reflect what we actually do and where we actually work. The name changed. The team, the standards, and the phone number didn’t.
If we’ve built for you before, you’ll recognize the experience. If we haven’t, welcome.
Built in Florida. Designed for Florida.
14+ Years of Florida-Specific Expertise
Florida courts face conditions most builders never think about: 95-degree humidity, daily summer storms, salt air, hurricane-season wind events, and ground that shifts. We’ve spent 14+ years learning what survives here — and what doesn’t.
- Drainage and base systems engineered for Florida soil and rainfall
- UV-stable surfaces built for year-round Florida sun
- Fencing, lighting, turf, and accessories selected for long-term outdoor use
- Materials sourced from manufacturers we have vetted through years of Florida projects
- Local project management from planning through final walkthrough

From backyard courts to full-scale athletic complexes — we don’t just build courts, we build places where people play, train, and grow.
